Terms of Service
These terms summarize the rules for using UnFollowTracker. They are written for the current export-based product workflow.
Use of the service
You may use UnFollowTracker to analyze Instagram export files that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of files you upload and for using results lawfully.
Account security
You must keep your UnFollowTracker login secure. UnFollowTracker does not ask for your Instagram password and should not be used with files from accounts you do not own or manage.
Uploads and results
Results depend on the structure and completeness of the Instagram export you provide. Recent unfollower comparisons require more than one saved audit and may not represent real-time account state.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans unlock premium features such as saved history, comparison views, and additional tracked handles. Stripe processes checkout and payment details. You can cancel through the app billing area.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, export format changes, or network issues may affect uploads, processing, and billing synchronization.
