This policy explains the main data categories used by the current UnFollowTracker web app and export-based audit workflow.
Account information
We use your email address, account profile details, and sign-in session data to operate your UnFollowTracker account and keep the app secure.
Instagram export files
Uploaded export files are processed to produce follower audits, non-follower lists, and saved comparison history. We do not need or request your Instagram password.
Payments
Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription events. UnFollowTracker stores billing status needed to unlock paid features and show billing history.
Cookies and sessions
The app uses authentication cookies so you can stay signed in and access protected pages. Browser settings may affect whether sign-in remains active.
Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device context, and broad product usage trends. We do not intentionally send email addresses, Instagram handles, upload file names, order numbers, or Stripe identifiers to analytics events.
Support and communications
If you contact support, we may use the information you provide to investigate account, billing, upload, or privacy requests.
Your choices
You can cancel paid plans in the app and contact support for account or data questions. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, or legal reasons.
